History Day Participants
Transitional Kindergarten will soon be available to all 4 year olds in California. Your child can start TK at the beginning of the school ear with the following birth dates: Students born between Sep 2, 2018 and April 2, 2019 can start TK in school year 2023-2024. Students born between Sep 2, 2019 and June 2, 2020 can start TK in School year 2024-2025. Students born between September 2, 2020 and August 30, 2021 can start TK in school year 2025-2026. We've traded the ribs for crowd-favorites that are guaranteed to keep your kids energized, happy, and fully fueled for all their summer adventures. We’re talking mini confetti pancakes that bring the party to breakfast , cheeseburger sliders built for champions , and the legendary cheesy aparts.

About Us

The Fruitvale School District is located in northwest Bakersfield. Founded in 1895, the District includes Columbia Elementary, Discovery Elementary, Endeavour Elementary, Quailwood Elementary and Fruitvale Junior High Schools, and has a current TK-grade 8 enrollment of 3,062 students.
